By accessing or using 150layers.com (the "Site") or any tools, quizzes, or features made available through it (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Results from any quiz, test, or tool on this platform are not clinical assessments, psychological evaluations, medical advice, relationship advice, or therapeutic services. Nothing on this Site should be treated as a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or relationship counseling.
4. Adult Content Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that the Service contains adult-oriented content related to consensual sexual interests, kink, and BDSM practices. By using the Service, you confirm:

- You are not accessing this content from a location where such content is restricted or prohibited by law

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Service without our prior written permission.
7. Quiz Results and User Data
Phase 1 (Current): The Service does not currently require account creation. Quiz responses and results are processed locally in your browser and stored using your browser's local storage. We do not receive, store, or have access to your individual quiz responses or results.
Future Phases: If and when account features are introduced, this section will be updated and a revised Privacy Policy will govern how your data is handled.
You are responsible for any information you choose to share from your results with third parties.
8. No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:

- Any quiz results are accurate, complete, or applicable to your personal circumstances
- The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 150 LAYERS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Reliance on quiz results or archetype descriptions
- Decisions made based on content found on the Service
- Any outcomes resulting from relationship, sexual, or lifestyle choices
- Loss of data from your browser's local storage
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
You acknowledge that activities described in this Service may carry physical risks, and that you assume all risk associated with choices you make based on your results.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 150 Shades LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
11. Third-Party Links and Content
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
