Everything on this platform operates from three principles:

• Safety: We provide honest risk information. We never minimize danger.
• Respect: Every user — regardless of their interests, experience level, or identity — deserves to feel welcome here.

Who Can Use This Platform

• Adults 18 years of age or older only — no exceptions
• Anyone curious about kink and intimacy — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners
• People of all genders, orientations, and relationship styles
• Therapists and educators using this as an assessment reference tool

What This Platform Is For

• Self-discovery and understanding your own interests
• Communicating with partners about compatibility and interests
• Learning about safety practices and consent frameworks
• Exploring your identity in a private, judgment-free space

Absolute Prohibitions — Zero Tolerance

• Content involving minors: Any sexualization of anyone under 18, in any form, real or fictional, is strictly prohibited. This is our most absolute rule.
• Non-consensual content: Glorifying, promoting, or depicting non-consensual sexual activities as desirable.
• Doxxing or harassment: Sharing another person's private information or using this platform to target, threaten, or harass anyone.
• Illegal activities: Any activity illegal under applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake accounts or impersonating other people or organizations
• Sharing someone else's results or private information without their explicit consent
• Using results to pressure, manipulate, or coerce a partner into any activity
• Spamming or commercial solicitation through any Platform feature
• Attempting to circumvent the age verification system
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or qualifications

Responsible Use of Results

Your personality assessment results are a starting point for self-exploration and communication — not a script for real-world behavior. Please remember:

• Results reflect interests, not obligations. A high score in any category does not mean you must pursue that activity.
• Never share a partner's results without their permission.
• Results may change over time as you explore and learn more about yourself.
• Always negotiate, communicate, and obtain enthusiastic ongoing consent before any real-world activity.

Safety Commitment

We provide safety information throughout the platform. For high-risk categories, this information is mandatory reading before proceeding. Please take it seriously. The kink community's guiding principles — SSC (Safe, Sane, Consensual) and RACK (Risk Aware Consensual Kink) — exist because real harm can occur. Education prevents harm.

If you ever feel unsafe, pressured, or in crisis:

Enforcement

Violation Type	Action
First minor violation	Warning and explanation
Repeated minor violations	7-day suspension
Serious violation	Permanent ban, no refund
Zero-tolerance violation	Immediate permanent ban + law enforcement referral

Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal within 14 days by emailing safety@150layers.com with your account information and an explanation. We will respond within 5 business days.

Reporting Concerns

If you encounter content or conduct that violates these guidelines, please contact safety@150layers.com. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours on business days.

A Note on Judgment

150 Layers is a non-judgmental space. We believe adults have the right to explore their sexuality in consensual, safe ways — including interests that are unconventional, taboo, or that others might not understand. The categories in our assessment exist to inform and educate, not to shame. You will never be judged here for what you find meaningful or pleasurable, as long as it involves consenting adults.
