A consensual total power-exchange agreement

This contract sets out the terms of a consensual Master and slave dynamic — a total power-exchange relationship — between the two adults named below. Both enter into it freely, of their own choice, and of sound mind. It is a tool for communication and shared understanding. It is not a legally binding contract, and it cannot and does not sign away anyone's rights.

Authority never overrides consent

However complete the authority granted in this contract, the slave keeps the absolute right to use the safe word or stop word and to withdraw consent at any time. That right cannot be waived, and exercising it is never a breach of this agreement.

1. Authority & Structure
  1. The slave consents to place themselves under the authority of the Master in the areas the two have agreed, for the term of this contract. This authority is real within the dynamic and is always given freely.
  2. The Master accepts the responsibility that authority carries: to lead with consistency, to know the slave's limits and wellbeing, and never to use their position to cause harm beyond what has been agreed.
  3. Standing protocols and rituals — forms of address, rules, and routines — may be set by the Master and recorded separately. They serve the relationship; they never replace the slave's consent.
2. Commitment & Care
  1. Obedience within limits. The slave agrees to follow the Master's direction within the boundaries below. Obedience is never expected past a hard limit or past the safe word.
  2. Honesty. The slave keeps the Master informed of their physical and emotional state, and the Master treats that information as essential, not optional.
  3. Care flows both ways. The Master is responsible for the slave's wellbeing — aftercare, rest, health, and a supported life outside the dynamic.
  4. Respect as equals. The titles describe the dynamic, not the worth of either person. Outside the agreed authority, both meet as equals.
3. Consent & Limits

However complete the authority described above, it is always bounded by consent. The safe word and stop word below override every rule, protocol, and instruction the instant they are used — with no question and no penalty. Consent is informed, ongoing, and may be withdrawn by either party at any time.

4. Health & Safety
  1. Neither party will take part while impaired by alcohol or drugs to a degree that affects judgment or the ability to consent.
  2. Each party will share any relevant health information — injuries, conditions, triggers — that could affect safety.
  3. The safe word and stop word are honoured instantly. Using them is never punished and never held against the person who used them.
5. Duration & Revocation

This agreement is valid from and continues until either party revokes it.

Either party may revoke this agreement at any time, for any reason, by . Withdrawal of consent ends the dynamic immediately and is always respected.
