Collaring Ceremony Agreement
A symbolic commitment between partners
This agreement marks a collaring between the two adults named below — a symbolic commitment within their consensual D/s relationship. Both enter into it freely, of their own choice, and of sound mind. It is a meaningful, personal document; it is not a legally binding contract, and it does not remove anyone's right to stop at any time.
- The collar is a symbol of trust, commitment, and the bond the parties share. Its meaning is theirs to define and is recorded here in their own words if they wish.
- A collar may mark different stages — consideration, training, or a formal commitment. The parties note which this ceremony represents.
- The collar can be set aside, and the commitment ended, by either party at any time. The symbol never removes anyone's freedom.
- The Dominant commits to lead with care, consistency, and respect for the submissive's wellbeing and growth.
- The submissive commits to trust, honesty, and following the agreed dynamic within the limits below.
- Both commit to communicate, to honour the safe word and stop word, and to revisit this agreement as the relationship grows.
- Discretion. What happens between the parties stays private unless both agree otherwise.
Consent is enthusiastic, informed, and ongoing. It may be withdrawn at any moment by either party. The safe word and stop word below take effect immediately whenever they are used, with no question or penalty.
- Neither party will take part while impaired by alcohol or drugs to a degree that affects judgment or the ability to consent.
- Each party will share any relevant health information — injuries, conditions, triggers — that could affect safety.
- The safe word and stop word are honoured instantly. Using them is never punished and never held against the person who used them.
This agreement is valid from and continues until either party revokes it.
Either party may revoke this agreement at any time, for any reason, by . Withdrawal of consent ends the dynamic immediately and is always respected.
